  Went thru the drive thru about 1am this morning. The food looked like thrown together haphazardly. The girl at the window was miserable. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. She obviously hates her job. Usually a lot of cars but not this time so NO EXCUSE. Won't be spending my money there anymore.

  I ordered 1 burrito supreme and 1 crunchy taco, ordered both with no cheese. They both had cheese in it and i’m allergic to cheese. Horrible service.

  The food here is amazing. The girls are really nice and they’ll take good care of you and if you’re having a bad day, they’ll hook you up or make you feel at home if any other Taco Bell that you went to gave you the ew, this place won’t!!

  First of all me and a family member went here. I was very hungry and I wanted the five layer beefy burrito in the $9 box. It was late and I asked her for that burrito, and this girl put in the 5 layer bean burrito. So my family member called her out and clarified 3 times. This girl said "Relax Mam" and I was like I am "relaxed you relax" and she said "no you relax have a good night". POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If your employees are giving attitude they need to be checked. Customers can give attitude because the customer is always right. I ENDED UP ORDERING NO FOOD. Please Taco Bell train employees on customer service 🥺. I was being polite I don't know why I was treated this way. Made me very sad. It was a late night I was tired and I didn't even get to eat what I wanted. I don't need attitude, or sass, just kindness. I corrected you on your mistake, all you had to do was say thank and move on. I am willing to come back, I go here a lot, but the service is not as great as the food.
