  Absolutely worst service EVER!!! Employee at the window refused to give me my prepaid order because I did not say the name at the intercom!!! She made me go back in line even after I had already waited over 10 minutes and there were 7 cars waiting behind me!

  Don't go to this place during lunch you will be waiting 30 minutes plus for a 2 item order no matter if you go inside or if you go through the drive through. This place is not ran well at all, McDonald's on the side of them seems to be doing fine lines moved very fast

  Avoid this Taco Bell in general, but especially at any prime time. The past several times I've shown up during lunch hour, the line wraps around the entire building and you have to wait ~25+ minutes. I placed a mobile order on 3/20/26, just to be greeted by the insane line when I showed up. I waited as long as I could, but ultimately had to leave because my lunch break is not long enough to wait in that kind of line. I figured that my order would stay in the system and I could pick up the order I paid for at another time. Nope, I guess mobile orders are deleted WITHOUT REFUND if you don't pick up that day. Not my experience at other chains like Tim Hortons. Anyway, I decided this time that I would brave the line for my order I paid for from the other day. Wrong move. I FINALLY get to the speaker after 20+ minutes, state that I had a mobile order under my name, and was told to pull up. As it turns out though, the workers don't even bother to check whether a mobile order exists before telling you to pull up to the window. So, I get to the window, and they say "We don't have your order". I explain, and they say "Oh no you'll need to pull around and order again". So I get to wait 60+ total minutes for my food and have to pay twice? Nice experience there. This place also frustrates me because they have the automated "Are you checking in with the Taco Bell app to earn rewards?" message that plays through the speaker when you pull up to the window. It sounds SO real, that I assume I'm being spoken to by someone inside. Nope. If you reply to the automated prompt, you get sass here, "Hold up a minute!!" The service here is regularly atrocious. I also have maybe a 30% success rate with getting any of the sauces I ask for. Anyway, would suffice to say I will be very very reluctant to ever try this location again. It's a fast food chain, yet you cannot depend on getting your food quickly here. Ever.

  My boyfriend ordered a cheese quesadilla and this is the third time that this location has gave him a chicken quesadilla. He’s a vegetarian and could’ve made himself sick if he would’ve just bitten into it. How do you misunderstand the difference between chicken and a cheese quesadilla.

  Absolutely do not order here at dinner time. Arrived 5 minutes after my mobile order was supposed to be ready and still waited OVER AN HOUR for them to make the food. Then said food had lettuce randomly strewn in a bunch of item that were either no lettuce or weren't supposed to have it in the first place
