- BCBrittany ConleyMar 11, 20261.0If i could give zero stars I would. I'm not sure why the employees and management here act like this comes out of their own personal pocket but its crazy. I accidently ordered to the wrong subway (which happens frequently when you app order) YES it was a mistake but I went in the next day and asked if I could have the sandwich i PAID for. The person working told me "No, you wasted it, that's your fault" I've never experienced such absolutely terrible service as a paying customer. Even a simple no, I'm sorry and an explanation of a policy but that's not what I received. I received a rude encounter with an employee with a clearly personal grudge. Find a new career if this is how you're going to treat people in the SERVICE industry.
