  I have been coming to this location for years and never once did I want to run home a leave a review. The young lady Di'Ranna (I hope I spelled that correctly) working the night shift at around 8pm tonight delivered the best customer service I have ever received at any Subway location to date. She was quick, friendly, and extremely attentive to each customers needs. It's unfortunate to say but great customer service is becoming less and less common...however, this experience was extremely pleasant! Thank you!

  I ordered through Subway app for 8:25pm pickup this evening. Picked up my order with no problem and she gave me a free cookie! Even though the website says they close 10pm they usually close early depending on the day/customers. I would recommend 5/5.

  Hello, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding an unacceptable experience with a mobile order pickup at one of your locations. I placed and paid for a mobile order scheduled for pickup at 9:25 PM. I arrived at approximately 9:30. The store’s posted closing time was 10:00 PM, and the temperature outside was 17 degrees. Despite arriving before closing, the doors were already locked. I knocked multiple times and was ignored. I then went to a side door and knocked again, at which point the employee acknowledged me but continued closing procedures. A person outside stated the store was closed, even though it was only about 9:30 PM. After insisting on receiving my already-paid order, the employee asked for the name, checked the receipt, and then intentionally threw away the sandwiches that had already been made. This was done after confirming the order, not by mistake. The employee then exited the store visibly upset, stating she had closed early. I want to be very clear: I arrived before the posted closing time, my order was prepared, and I had already paid. Discarding a customer’s paid order and refusing service under these circumstances is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am requesting: 1. A full refund for Order #4A487ABF-55, and 2. A formal review of this incident and appropriate disciplinary action, as this behavior reflects poorly on the brand and should not be repeated with other customers. This experience was extremely frustrating and entirely avoidable. I expect follow-up confirming my refund and advising how this matter will be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

  This Subway is nasty and people are so rude Ordered 2 items and we only get one , I went there and asked for my missing item they said we don’t have any so i asked for refund they said we can’t refund that too. !! i loose my money !! don’t go there,Try to avoid this subway not recommending this store , Worst experience ever

  If i could give a negative review i would. I arrive at 535pm on 12/17 and the lady said with a attitude “im closed, my sign been off.” I looked it up and its a whole hour early. My issue is the attitude she had. It seems like this location always has an attitude and just terrible customer service.
