- KYKyleigh YoungJan 30, 20261.0This place was awful. Would give this zero stars if I could. Wednesday night (1/28/26), I wanted to surprise my family with pizza since I wanted a chicken Charlie. First off, I had it delivered and the driver made me take the food out of the bag after saying, “oh, I guess you want your food.” Yes I want my food. I’ve been working double shifts all week. I wanted pizza. So yes I wanted my food. It also arrived cold. My family went to the shop to complain and get a refund but all we got was a remade pizza without hands being washed and a free cookie that was underbaked and slammed onto the newly made pizza. There was only one boy who looked like early 20s maybe younger and no other person. No manager. He was rude from what my family said. I wanted a full refund. I didn’t get a receipt or anything.
