We have celebrated our families birthdays here and come for kids night regularly. I grew up going to the East Main location and occasionally still do. We even tipped the magic man back when he was there! We have a close friend who managed the Salvatore’s in Webster for years…. Tonight I called to place an order and the “manager” a young woman we’ve never met told me I allegedly owe money for an order I never paid for? She informed me we are not allowed to order here until we pay this balance...We have NEVER not paid for our food here. The girls at the counter (who I had recently mentioned to my husband are rude, unhelpful and unfriendly) must be running a scheme here and I will not support this business or give them money again. What a shame because we have enjoyed coming here for many years. (AJ the bartender and the other woman who regularly take care of us at the bar have never been anything but wonderful and pleasant, to clarify I am not referring to them) The implication here is that we have somehow stolen food and not paid for it. This is ironic because they keep the food behind a counter and you pay for it as you pick it up. Additionally, the young woman on the phone eluded to the fact that we have "gotten away" with not paying for this order because we use online ordering for our last order, so this is how we have managed to not pay for the alleged order....
