  Should get 0 Stars........ Ordered 2 pizzas from this location through postmates. Chicken specialty pizza ask for NO onions. Guess what it had onions. Postmastes offered 50% off next order. Had my daughter call in to tell them of the mistake. And asked Papa Johns to remake order then was told no order was made as requested and we will not remake the pizzas. Person how asked the phone was very dismissive and rude. Would not normally be a issue except I am allergic to onions... THANKS FOR RUINING MY DINNER STEALING $43.58

  I was very happy when I noticed papa johns came back to town after they all abruptly closed years ago, they were mine and my sons favorite of the chain pizza shops. I ordered my usual order tonight. I show up to pick up my order, the front of the store is still caved in from a accident that happened months ago, the door cant even properly close from being severely bent. My pizzas barely had any toppings on them, there was an absurd amount of cheese on them, and the "buffalo wings" were the tiniest wings I have ever seen in my life, there is literally more bone than meat on them. The pizza did taste good, and was fresh and hot when I picked it up.

  The food was horrible like always. Very mediocre Pizza I've had better frozen pizza.They should have stayed out of Rochester coming back did not improve the food seen around here
