  No one at the register for about 5 minutes! I should of walked out then as some people did! My grandson who wanted a "happy meal " and myself a fil-a-fish waited alittle over 15 minutes!! And that was only because I called out to someone in the back! Horrible horrible service don't waste your time stopping at this location.

  Pulled up to the drive through and asked how long the wait would be seeing as there’s multiple cars waiting at the drive through already. The lady told us 6-10 minutes. Ok cool. Here we are still in the drive through waiting for 20 minutes so far and we aren’t even to the pay now window 🙄🤦‍♀️. This is Rochester, aren’t you guys use to the busy service ? Get it together!!!!

  Last night the girl at the window was short patience. Handed us 1 order said bye and closed the window. Instead of we were the only ones there and she should have come back to the window. Enclosed is pictures of how my daughter sandwich turned out. Terrible and unfriendly location. Manager needs to to better training ! Cant even post a picture the top bun on big Mac were plain, empty. Patties were on the bottom like someone punched the meat apart. To bad I can't show a picture. Beware of this location across from elmridge, terrible!

  Every-time I receive my order it’s always the same…. I went today and a not so busy time in the drive thru, picked up my mobile order and received a very sloppy sandwich…. They do not ever take the time to send out good/well put together food…. I purchased the daily double value meal and received a sandwich with way to much mayo when I asked for light mayo and they did not include the tomato’s so I paid $6 for a very messy double hamburger…. See picture below…. Do better!!!

  Pulled up to the order windows lady said can I help you then the car is in laying next to me pulled up and I got cut off and they took their order first so I waited for my turn and the car behind them pulled up and they took their order first, so I waited for two other cars after I was first in line so I decided to go up to the window and order then the rude woman after the window said I could not order and I said I will not leave until I put my order in because I waited for two people that were behind me. Very rude drive up woman.
