  Great experience at Los Gallos Mexican Grill. The food tastes authentic, with rich homemade flavors and generous portions. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly. The atmosphere is nice and perfect for going with family or friends. Definitely a place I’ll come back to whenever I’m craving Mexican food in Rochester.

  ive given this place a couple chances and im finally done. went out with my family for my nephews birthday. didnt even bother asking if they did anything for birthdays because i just wanted to leave. the tap water tasted weird. the cups were dirty. the taco was bland. beef was ok. enchilada sauce was bland. rice was gross and old tasting. we asked for new rice and it was ok, but still bland. chips were ok. salsa was really good. that seems to be the only thing they have going for them.

  Place was filthy and food was horrible. This place has really gone down. Stay away from this place.

  If you like long wait times, missing items, and low quality of food, this place is for you! Food was 30 minutes later than the order said it would be (an hour total). They seemed annoyed when i asked how much longer it would be. Then I get home and the dessert is missing. I call and they said they already refunded me (I hadn't even told them what was missing yet). Turns out they canceled my dessert order without telling me and refunded it before I even arrived. So no birthday dessert for family. To top it off, the food was rough and very low quantity.
