  What is going on in Henrietta? I had a sandwich today. The bag wreaked of cigarettes. The bread was hard on the outside - soggy on the inside. What kind of bread are you using? It’s as big as a Wegmans hot dog bun. Absolutely disgusting. Third time ordering and third time disappointing. That’s it. Never again. Come on! Do better!

  Customer service was below ZERO. They treated me like I was begging after asking a simple question and even though I proceeded to order, the guy making the sandwich had a whole attitude for no reason. They definitely can’t get another dollar from me, my company or my family.

  Thank you Jimmy John’s for having employees who listens, and deliver a perfect Roast Beef sandwiches. Delicious! And I will be coming back!

  If your okay eating a cold sub then I would highly recommend you eat at Jimmy John's. The quality of the ingredients is much higher than stores like subway and in my opinion on par with DiBellas. I personally recommend getting the #1 as it's a nice light sandwich thats filling and not insane on your stomach.
