  Went at 6pm on a Thursday and the drive thru was empty. Had to call into the microphone for the employee bc they weren’t paying attention. He forgot who I was when I pulled up to the window 30 seconds later, he was visibly high. I ordered 10 minutes ahead on the app so my food probably should have been ready since thy weren’t busy but I still waited 5 min for my 2 classic chicken sandwiches. Got home and they were both basically rubber and inedible. Gonna try to put them in my air fryer to salvage my dinner. Don’t usually leave reviews but yea, this was worth warning others.

  Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I placed a mobile order 5 minutes before getting there. When I walk in I see a group of people by the counter. Two people are there from the drive through because their orders were wrong or missing items, and the other people I later found out were waiting to place a order with the lady at the register who stands there like a NPC waiting for you to pick a dialogue option. Eventually she calls out for door dash orders and I see one of the bags looks like it might be mine but I'm not a door dash driver so I don't say anything. Long story short after 15 minutes of waiting I walk up to the counter through the crowd and read the receipts on the bag that are facing the wrong way and see that the one I thought was my order, was in fact my order. The girl then sees that I'm looking at the bags and says under her breath "I already called out door dash orders." Mind you it says mobile pickup on the receipt with my initials on it, also she didn't call out any names, just if anyone was a doordash driver. Then my order included a medium cup that wasn't there so obviously I asked the girl for a medium cup and she hands me a small...🫩.I just wanted this experience to be over so I left it as it was and left with my order. If you need to have Wendy's go somewhere else or don't get Wendy's. Also there was like 3 cars in the parking lot(one was mine) and 2 in the drive through so I don't even want to see what it looks like when it's actually busy, you'd save time slaughtering a cow and making a burger from scratch instead of waiting for your "fast food".

  I ordered a Spicy Chicken combo, A Jr. Bacon and a Jr. Bacon biggie bag and a double stack biggie bag and a chocolate frosty. All three drinks wrong, they told me they were out of chocolate mix. The Jr Bacons had no bacon. The only thing right in my order was the double stack sandwich.
