Food was cold and stale. I went through the drive way 12/28/2025 I was asked to move up to the door and they would bring the order out. I opened the bag only to find the fries were stale and cold and the chicken tenders were cold, stale and brick.

Stale burger bun and fries, no condiments on the burger. Burger, fries, and chicken nuggets all cold. Was asked to pull to the side and wait for the order - what am I waiting on? It was clearly sitting on the counter for 2 hours before I ordered. Time will tell if we get food poisoning. Definitely never returning here again, beyond trash.

Too slow but it happens; however, no apology or no comment. Felt ignored or.. whatever kind of care. Also, there was no ketchup or else in the Togo bag
