This place is truly disturbing and disgusting employees in the back cursing spitting in trash can , coughing and all while working around food I stood in line for 20 min with no one in front of me all because they were talking about who had hours already I asked for someone to take my order and they blatantly ignored me I will never return to any Wendy’s again disgusting!

Literal worst service. Basically just tossed the bag out the window while talking and laughing with another employee. Food was cold. Like I get it’s Wendy’s but basic customer service is non existent.

Went to drive-thru. Received wrong sauce for nuggets, and was handed two drinks instead of just the water I asked for. The one cup was water but the other cup had some weird orangeish-liquid in it and when I told the person at the drive-thru it wasn't mine she insisted it was and that I had ordered it. Yet my receipt shows only a "medium drink" but doesn't specify what the drink is. I threw the drink out and didn't drink it because I don't know what the heck was in there and I wasn't going to taste it to find out. I probably got the drink of the person behind me in line.
Nuggets and fries were also cold by the time I arrived home.

Just waited over 30 minutes for 6 chicken nuggets how I even let this happen they forget my order clearly and didnt accommodate in anyway they know they left me sitting here these guys are clearly miserable and taking it out on customers by moving super slow purposely not hard workers

I have never had such a sad salad that was one day away from going bad. The chili was anemic and the meat tasted old. The fries were cold and floppy. We asked for ghost pepper ranch sauce but got honey mustard. The drive thru was busy but we ordered through the app. At least the frosty was chocolate and frozen. Never coming back to this location. Pray we don't get sick from this.
