Currently their drive-thru speaker is not working so you have to order at the window which means everyone in line is waiting for the one car that can only place one order and wait, at a time. The last couple visits which I spread out over months, the soda was flat, which they did not warn me about the speaker and then were weird/unhelpful about when I wanted to exchange it for something else. Probably the worst location in Rochester, which is funny because it’s in one of the best neighborhoods and the other fast food locations in this area are top-notch.
