I got the same quesadilla I’ve ordered before — when I dined in, it was packed with ingredients, flavorful, and came with great service (they even gave me extra sour cream!). This time though, it was completely different. The quesadilla was really thin and barely had any filling — I only tasted a bit of cheese and peppers, and there were no tomatoes even though they’re supposed to be included. Half the time I was just eating the bread because it was so skimpy on ingredients. I usually ask for no peppers, but forgot this time, and honestly I’m glad I didn’t, otherwise my meal would've consisted of bread with a side of cheese. I was really disappointed — it felt careless to serve something so skimpy, especially when I’ve had such a great meal here before. Getting what was basically bread with a sprinkle of cheese for full price makes me think management might need to take a closer look at consistency and quality control.

Hope. We coordinated with Liz to have my husband’s birthday there and Liz directly reached out to the Amerks to get special permission to stream their away game for his birthday. Molly was our server for his birthday and she was excellent - she was attentive, quick and so sweet. Steve and Taylor are excellent, make the best drinks, and we truly look forward to seeing them whenever we go. My husband and his friends (and myself sometimes) come here before the Amerks games and it’s always a good time. The Distillery has really become our third place over the past couple of years. Can’t say enough good things about the team, their service, and the food/drinks!
