i used to work here. even though some people might say "it's just a fast food job", i put a lot of pride and heart into every item i gave out. that is sadly not what the current employees seem to be doing. after the management change, i knew better than to come here. but one day i got a gift card as a present. all i ordered was a luxe box, with extra beef and jalapenos on the crunchwrap. should be simple, right? my crunchwrap ended up having less meat than one would have normally- without paying the 2$ for another scoop. ordering extra meat and getting less meat than a normal order is a slap in the face. the 5 layer burrito was basically just beans and tortilla. if you're low on beef on the line, don't just use what you have left and call it a day. you have to actually make the food the customer ordered, not half-ass it and hand out a nearly empty tortilla. i'm glad i quit, because i can't work around people who don't put their heart into their work. employees hate to be there and it seems to have become a contagion where the general feel is "i'm just here to get paid." as another reviewer mentioned- i wish we had one single good taco bell in the greece area. if we did, i would eat there all the time and probably still work for the cool company i have always loved. its a shame that when i am hungry, i can't go to my favorite fast food joint, since i know it will always fall short. it's as if 2010 taco bell is a fleeting memory that will never be reality again. shout out to Tommy for trying his best and being a great leader back in the day.

Beyond a disgusting interior and kitchen, staff had zero sense of urgency, and actually found the line of customers and door dash drivers funny. I stood and waited 15 min on my online order which I ordered 1 hour prior. I watched the whole operation in the sticky, unkept lobby. The garbage in the kitchen was overflowing, staff was tossing crumpled bags and napkins in the trash. Trash falling to the floor. The service line was filled with debris. Lettuce, tomatoes, wet napkins, cheese spilled everywhere. All squirt bottles were empty and spraying all over wrappers and food products in the toppings bar. Zero management direction. The staff worked as if they were in their own kitchen at home and didn’t have a care in the world about the line in the lobby. The food…welp… Shame on me for not checking my bad, but I was missing chips, and a Cinnabon. Yes, one Cinnabon. I watched it fall out of the wrapper, roll on the floor and get trapped under a workers foot. Pieces of tomato made it into my daughter’s soft taco. She’s allergic. Could not give her that. The wraps were so wet from the prep station that they had holes in them. Cold, inedible food. Just an absolute horrible experience. Restaurant inspectors, if you’re reading this, pay this location a visit and bring a corporate member with you.

TWO, almost THREE HOURS IN THE LATE NIGHT DROVE THROUGH last night, you’d think I’d be getting gourmet tacos… nah, they didn’t even make my food right and forgot the hot sauce. $50 order just to throw half of it away. Who is writing the schedule?!? Never again.
