Doesn't matter if you order through the app for drive thru, or inside pick up. You are still waiting 20 minutes or more for your food. The service from one of the females in particular is a joke. She is just dripping with attitude. They are very very disorganized. Can't even make the orders that show up on their screens in the order they show up on. Doordashers are stuck waiting for pick up orders that should be done well before they get there. Only way a place gets this bad is if they have leadership that doesn't care, or isn't trained. God forbid it's both but it seems that's the new commonality these days. For the people in 'cuse who are the owners. I strongly implore a surprise visit and for you to put yourselves in these people's shoes and work that drive thru line. Leadership doesn't end at the store front and it very well could be YOUR fault as much as it is anyone else's. Get your shit together so you can help them get theirs together. And so I don't have to spend an entire lunch break in that damn line without even being able to order anything. Please do not reach out after you read this. I don't have the patience to learn the names of the employees you want to blame. No "send us an email, friend." Judt buck up and fix these locations you own here in Roc.

Third time in a row that I've went through drive-thru and some punk acts like he's doing me a favor by taking my money. Also had four cars behind me And could not check my order. Missing food as always. I know it's considered city Even though it's on the edge of the suburbs, but that gives no reason for people to act like trash. Will never return.

Waited 10 minutes at window 1 to pay for order, no one there. Then At second window lady wanted me to start over and go back if line to take payment. When I told her I couldn't do that late for work because it took 20 minutes at this point, she was hostile and when food was ready three the food bag at me even though I was polite and said thank you. Horrendous customer service with very long waits. Worst taco bell experience ever at this location.

Ordered from them twice in the same day. Drive thru both times. First time I ordered tacos with double meat and got tacos with barely any meat. Second time I ordered two of their new quesadillas and they gave me one and an an empty quesadilla wrapper. I can only presume the employees are really hungry but don't have money so they give the customers half of what they order and eat the rest. I can't believe it's an odd coincidence that I only got half of what I ordered both times.
On the plus side, even though they are always really busy the line does move pretty fast for how many people are in it. Perk of only getting half your food?
