The tall white guy with the short dark hair, tattoos on his right arm, and a creepy mustache started cussing at me because I didn’t sit at the first window for over five minutes. I had five cars behind me, so of course I pulled up so I wouldn’t block the line. There is absolutely no reason an employee should speak to a customer like that. Completely unprofessional, rude, and unnecessary. Do better.
