The had plenty of staff and it was 2:30, so there were no dine-in customers, so I have no clue what took so long. Also, my order was on the screen of the far lane, not the one I was in. Overall very weird Taco Bell experience.

Placed mobile order while on break for my shift at the hospital, arrived at drive thru and waited in line for 20 minutes to even get to the speaker, and because of the design of the drive thru lane I was not able to leave, so eventually after waiting 5 more minutes at the speaker, i gave my name and order, and waited another 20 minutes only to not receive my food. I went to the door to ask but the doors were locked with several people outside waiting to go in and pick up mobile orders, and no one came to the door. It’s clear that it was being run by a bunch of kids just trying to earn a dollar so I do not blame them. This is not the only review with similar problems so it is clear this is management/ownership issue. I would rather have just lit my $20 on fire, that would’ve been more enjoyable. I will never be coming back
