  Claims they only do “pick up” orders late night in the drive thru. Says they close at 2am, but tried to order at 1am. This had happened multiple times…

  Received wrong food and drove back just to have corrected and than made sloppy! Take a little pride and what you do or atleast treat it like it was your food.

  Says they closed at 1 online as well as the sign outside the building. The weren’t taking orders at midnight and the guy today was rude about it.

  Worst service EVER! During my lunch break, stop by to get some food. My wife was driving and she had to repeat the order 7 times and they still got it Incorrect. all we ordered was three grilled cheese burritos and two bean in cheese burritos. Then, at the window, the drive through worker, what's yelling multiple obscenities with other workers. Snatched my debit card from my wife's hand. And acted like it was a problem to take our order. We checked the receipt and found that the order was wrong. And after multiple times we're trying to get his attention. Finally honked the horn lightly and he looked over at us with frustration. After opening the window, my wife repeated what she originally ordered and in anger.He told the other workers.You must add the additional items! We were still trying to get his attention to ask for sauces. However, he was ignoring us and facing away from the window and sitting down. We hocked the horn again, and this time he didn't want to open the window when he finally did, he made a big deal about giving us the sauces by giving us massive handfuls! So many that they in fact, fell out of her hands and onto the ground. Never again!

  This store is not well managed. Mobile orders is a joke it takes literally 45 minutes to get ready… they don’t take it seriously. They mess up your order 3/5 times. I’ve never seen this slow and faulty service w/ Taco Bell’s before.
