  This is one of the best Subway shops I have ever been to. The guy behind the counter knew what he was doing. He was fast, made the sandwiches well, and had an awesome mustache to boot. He was even fun to talk to at the same time. Definitely one of the most enjoyable trips to a chain restaurant I have ever had. I'll be coming back real soon, you can count on it.

  So this is the third time I am buy food at your establishment I ordered the stay thing like the last two times honey hot foot long. The problem is that they normally ask me what type of cheese I wanted and I always tell them provolone cheese. This time the tall fair one took my order and didn’t ask me what kind of cheese I wanted and gave me shredded cheese I was so disappointed I didn’t want to continue my order. He is rude and disgusting and deserves to be fired. The short darker one deserves a raise or promotion. I don’t want that tall fair one touching my food again. You all almost lost a customer for that

  Employee would not allow me to use the restroom in an emergency. She was very rude and this location is filthy. The Monroe County health department needs to shut it down.!!

  I bought a steak and cheese sub and a footlong cookie online where the website was still offering it, as I get into the store the guy says they don’t have any. I ask if I was charged for it and the guy says I was. I then ask if I can at least get a regular cookie or two to make up for the $5 i just gave them and he says no. I try to get refunded online and but won’t let me get through the process. Never again

  I haven't ordered from Subway in several years. I am not a fan of their subs. But I was hungry, and they were a convenient option. The first thing I noticed was that the lady who waited on me had gloves on but was touching more than the food, the counter surface that harbors germs & bacteria. Watch the movie Contagion to understand how important disinfecting surfaces are. You have to wonder, what purpose do the gloves serve? How often do the chase thir gloves? The sub was fair, I ate half and threw the rest out. I think the roll is too soft for wet veggies like tomatoes. It makes the bread soggy and messy to eat! There is an art and skill to making subs. Perhaps Subway could use some more training. It might increase sales!!! The place is dark and drab, although it was a sunny day. It was refreshing to go outside in the sunshine and eat our subs in the car. The person who waited on us was pleasant, efficient, and patient.
