I caught one of the ladies who was cleaning up in Subway before they left, I asked where was my money or my food. They told me they never got my order online and they closed early because they weren't getting a lot Business today. I said I don't care and I want my money back. She said I will have to call customer service, I called customer service in they told me that I have to talk to the owner of the franchise in Walmart. I go back and aks for the owners number and lady tells me that the owner is in India. She said she will give him a call . This is ridiculous, I never witness so much unprofessionalism in my life. I better get my money back a.s.a.p.
