It was not on the out of list that I read prior to walking in. Another lady. Tried to help but the red haired lady began screaming about the attitude I had which I did not. The place was dirty and unkept. The red head needs new job she’s driving people out.

I asked for one BMT to have absolutely no veggies whatsoever, and it still came with a whole ton of lettuce all over it and black olives and no cheese and I paid for 2x the cheese on these NONE HAVE CHEESE I spent almost 30 minutes, trying to call the store and no one picked up at all because they’re clearly too busy on their phones texting like always so instead of going back to the store and having to argue with these rude employees I just had to get online and now I have to WAIT for an email to try to get a refund which I think is ridiculous THEY PICKED UP AND I RECORED THE CALL AS THEY WHERE THEY TALKING SHIT ABOUT PEOPLE CALLING THEN MUTED THE PHONE AND HUNG UP & TOOK THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK SO IT NOW RINGS BUSY IM CALLING THE BBU FOR SURE
