- LRLondon RogersDec 13, 20251.0I placed an online order and was told once I got to the restaurant at 4:20pm that they had no more meatballs for the day. When I asked to refund my order I was told that I had to contact customer service online and that they could not help me in store with a refund or change of order. I have went online and submitted several complaints on the order and have not been contacted. I want a refund for the items that I was not able to get at the business. Also I was told through the chat that I was suppose to have the manager give me a refund or help me with this issue. The worker in store didnt seem to care about helping, he was only focused on taking the subs he already made home incase I didn’t want those either. I just want my money back and subway should rethink not having a manager on duty or available for customer complaints.

Refused to give me manager information for a refund and refused to make my order. They don't answer the store phone. And Subway website has no phone number. Filled out digital for several times and nobody contacted me. So I will be filing a BBB complaint. Absolutely terrible experience and won't be returning! Staff is rude and management is absent!
