Now, I honestly am not Ever going to order from ya again. I took a chance on ordering a simple Steak Sub with grilled Onions and double the Provolone Cheese on Dec 1st at about 4:50PM. I had to call you guys to check on the status at about 6:20PM.. after you called me to let me know you didn't have to drinks I ordered. When I asked about what was to status of my order, all I could be told is that the Grub Hub driver (Not Salvatore's) picked up my food 30 plus minutes ago and you dont know what more to tell me! Really since when are you sub contracting out to another company to deliver people's food and give them our phone numbers without stating so on your website or on your menus?! Is this also why your "delivery fees are so much higher now?" Cause you are using another company?! As for the sub.... it was cold, and dripping with grease!! The Grub Hub driver when he called me, first tried to tell me that he was sorry, the restaurant (couldn't remember it was Salvatore's) never gave him my food/pizza for him to deliver to me. I told him, ummm First off, I never ordered a Pizza, Secondly I already know that my Steak Sub and drinks were already handed to him over 30 minutes ago! After he sounded like he was rummaging around his bags in the car.. He stated, Oh, yeah I have it and I am here to deliver it. I will never again order from you guys, ya should be ashamed with service and food like that.

I ordered a medium pizza and a salad online for pickup at 7:40pm with the website clearly stating a 20–30 minute wait time. I showed up at 8:30 just to be told they didn’t even have the salad and my pizza hadn’t even been started. I ended up waiting until 9pm. Over an hour. What’s the point of ordering online if nothing is actually prepared Then I get home and the pizza looks like something you’d get at a school party. It was so thin I’ve had thin crust from Wegmans thicker than this. Absolutely disappointing. The staff was polite and apologetic but that doesn’t give me back the time or money I wasted. I’m seriously irritated and this was not the Salvatores experience I grew up with.

Manager outwardly disregarded, then defended an off duty employee when he loudly ordered the bartender around while using crass and disrespectful language, loudly in earshot of other customers. Very, very disrespectful if any female in the area. He even called out and disrespected the manager (owner?). Very poor management here for such a well known brand. Y'all need to look into this location, unless you want to be known as an establishment that has little respect for it's employees and customers.
- TTTNov 12, 20251.0This review is especially hard for me because I love the taste of Salvatores Pizza. We had a sheet pizza for Halloween that was great. 1 star for today's experience with the thin thin pizza. Today on Veterans day, we went to get the free medium thin thin pepperoni pizza and trust that we were thankful for the "free" pizza. Let me just say that this particular pizza made me re-think the way in which I sometimes eat. Although it was extremely thin, it appeared to have more grease than any pizza I ever ate. We brought it home and microwaved a couple of slices for just a few seconds. After heating, the grease had soaked the thin wheat crust and was literally dripping from the crust. The taste was as it looked, saturated with grease and tasted very unappetizing. I understand that pizza can be greasy and I have eaten many a greasy pizza but this was beyond greasy and especially for a thin THIN pizza. I am very grateful for the Veterans day free medium pizza but unfortunately, I had to toss it. :( Let me add that the customer service was great and the environment was very clean.
