Food was not ready and then when I asked about my order was told to hold on and the worker worked on other orders. After five minutes she started to work on new orders that had been placed way after my order. Got an attitude because I said that I had order my order way ahead of time and I only get a 30 minute break for lunch and why is my order not ready. Had to ask her again about my order and then she found it and had to complete it with the missing items. The lasagna soup was nasty but the sandwiches was Asiago sandwiches were good so out of the three orders one was bad. Won’t be ordering from this location again bad customer service and they don’t have orders ready for pickup time. I understand it’s busy for lunch but that’s why I ordered through my app and even actually waited an extra ten to pick up my order to ensure that it would be ready so I could come in and out but it didn’t happen again. This is the 2nd time this has happened I didn’t write a review when it happened the first time but die to the disrespectful tone and attitude from the worker I had to write it this time.
