    Every time I come they mess up my order! Usually through the drive thru and don’t know it’s wrong till I’m home! Find another restaurant to go to !

    Stopped in this Panera restaurant for a quick bowl of mac-n-cheese, on Saturday at 5:10 PM (Nov. 8) but never got it. After waiting 40 minutes, I canceled my order (which took another 12 minutes to complete). Employees were overwhelmed with in-house orders, drive-through, and online. Corporate should allow them to turn off-online ordering when the in-house orders are backed-up.

    Ordered extra avocado on sandwich and got same amount of avocado as regular sandwich but was charged the $1.79 for it . Ordered thru drive through. Understandably today was very busy. Inside and in drive through. But if you pay for something , should expect to get it.

    Food is always good. 1/2 the time however your location is out of the bread for the bread bowl. That's the main reason I order.
