I had ordered two meals and there was only a Mac n cheese and a bag of chips in the bag I didn’t notice until I got to her house 30 minutes later. So now we had no dinner and it was too late to go somewhere else I called the next day and talked to the manager Tim. He said he couldn’t give me a refund over the phone so I would have to come back to the store. I went back and waited 15 minutes while Tim did the refund. He handed me the receipt with no apology or anything. I asked if he could do anything for my trouble. He said I could take a cookie. Well, I left the cookie and will take my business elsewhere. Very poor customer service in my opinion!

The food came out quick and great! I got the new beef dipper, and my wife got the veggie saandwich. The food was flavorful and fresh! I would definitely come back to this location again.

After waiting 40 minutes, I canceled my order (which took another 12 minutes to complete). Employees were overwhelmed with in-house orders, drive-through, and online. Corporate should allow them to turn off-online ordering when the in-house orders are backed-up.
