So now we had no dinner and it was too late to go somewhere else I called the next day and talked to the manager Tim. He said he couldn’t give me a refund over the phone so I would have to come back to the store. I went back and waited 15 minutes while Tim did the refund. He handed me the receipt with no apology or anything. I asked if he could do anything for my trouble. He said I could take a cookie. Well, I left the cookie and will take my business elsewhere. Very poor customer service in my opinion!
