After going into restaurant 3 times (hostess saying my order wasn't ready), I asked to speak with a manager. She stated my order was "lost". Even though I had email and text verifications. I even got an order survey. NO FOOD and no compensation for my wasted hour. I was initially told I couldn't get a refund and had to argue for that. Your online pickup is a joke, employees don't care, and manager lacks customer service. Id avoid this location and consider going to another steak restaurant completely.

I got a burger, fries, salad, and cheesecake for $12 I think. The burger by itself is $15 or something, so that was odd. It was a tasty burger, but the plate too small for it and it fell apart when I picked it up. The staff were nice and other than that the food was not bad. I probably wouldnât come again though.
