  Was a good fast experience and food was good and hot. I'm mad they gave me the wrong dipping sauce lol

  Cashier on his phone with ear bud in one ear. No receipt. Order was correct on the screen but not correct in the bag. Yes, mistakes happen. But they happen more when you're not even trying for excellence.

  Ordered 2 dbl cheeseburgers a LG fry and a small fry at the drive thru. They were not busy at all. Got the burgers and the small fry but got a med fry instead of the lg that I ordered. When you charge almost $5.00 for a lg fry, you should give people what they pay for. This is not rocket science people!! The people at the window seemed more interested in their personal conversation than taking care of customers. I'd give a 0 if I could.

  If I could put zero stars I would I ordered here in October for lunch through the app 15 minutes before my lunch break thinking it would make things faster but upon arrival I was told repeatedly they had no order for me then I had to drive off because I had already wasted to much time of my 30 minute break then tried to look up how to cancel the order on the app which it wouldn’t let me because they processed they completed the order on there end I made about 4 cases about this was told I would receive my refund then still nothing then was told they were waiting on the store which still never happened absolute one of the worst customer service I have ever received. Just a large corporation who doesn’t care about there customer will never go back to this location

  Most of the employees down to the shift leaders all of there attitudes suck the food is to salty almost inedible McDonald's does themselves no favors by having this franchise under their companies name.Poor quality poor service the whole store needs a revamp and their staff needs proper training on customer service.Im not saying the customer is always right but asking for fresh food and actually getting it should never be a problem especially if a customer doesn't mind waiting.
