  Food was not good ,not fresh,food was just threw in the bag,frys we're all over the bag, ordered a double cheese burger with no cheese got a plain burger,no pickle no nothing, definitely will not be going back to that location

  I rate this place 1 star because me and my friends just wanted to get some ice cream and food so we got the food and ice cream but then another person wanted ice cream so we turned around And we tryed to get More ice cream but The guy said that the ice cream was shut down today and we just got ice cream two minutes ago before that so when we got up to the next window, we asked for them to check again and see if the ice cream machine is like broken and they ended up making us ice cream and I guess they just didn’t feel like making ice cream and again like when I had my food they always gave me the wrong thing they didn’t give me my sauce they literally gave me apple slices and the happy meal for the kids. I do not recommend going to this McDonald’s again.

  I see why the rating is so low for this location. The other east ridge location is definitely the better choice. I placed a curbside order today at 12:03, didn't get my food until 12:33. Pulled around to the drive thru after 20 mins to just ask for it. When I explained what was going on. The guy said "I don't know what to tell you. I guess I can ask the manager or something". Was quiet for like 3 minutes and he finally said someone just came outside with it. Someone finally came out, said the wrong name. Then when I finally get into the bag. Everything is cold and the drink is wrong. Wrong flavor, wrong size and tasted terrible. Mind you, the drink I asked for, I paid like almost a $1 extra for. Fries were supposed to be a large, definitely got a medium in a large container. No fries floating around the bag, genuinely just barely gave me any. I get that it's fast food. But it wasn't even really busy. And I've had far better service at locations that are consistently busy. Didnt go in to soeak to a manager. Since based on the team members I encountereds customer service, my expectations of a manager wasn't high. Definitely contacting corporate, this was a trash experience. Even for a McDonald's.

  A specific worker is really nice and all, but I kept seeing people goofing off while working. And the wait time is crazy. I only ordered some fries and a coke and it's been more than 30 minutes and I still haven't received my order. I suggest you only come here if you aren't in a rush or if you have patience

  The breakfast is very good I got the number five it was like a burger but instead of the meat you would get the sausage with cheese and the egg it’s literally soooo good my favorite sandwich.
