  I never do a review. But after having employee s trying to gaslight me about my nuggets, I feel like I have to do one. Often times you get nuggets and they have been sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. So when I order them , I order a fresh 20 piece well done so they have no choice to make new ones. I watched them take them out of the warming tray and box them and put them up and bag them to which I told the girl behind the counter (who btw I ordered a large and gave me a medium and she didn’t want to take the order in the first place ) that they weren’t well done. She said that she put it on the order and they know what they are doing to which I said I watched them take them out if the warmer and bit make fresh ones. I then asked the female manager for two apple pies and I told her the problem with my order to which she tried to reiterate what the cashier said and I said I watched them take them from the warmer , so they aren’t fresh. And she walked away. And another worker (not sure if he was a manager) walked up and asked me what I needed and I explained the situation. To Which he said , did you see them put them in ? And asked if I looked at them? Trying to gaslight me. I told him I worked at McDonalds for 7 years. And said when you take them out of the warmer, they are the ones made for everybody and not a special order. I had to go back and forth with these people just to get my nuggets how I wanted them. I do not suggest to anybody to go to this McDonald’s because good customer service happens by accident.

  Horrible service and got the order wrong again. How's my quarter pounder with cheese and bacon ahh you know missing cheese and bacon.

  I made an online order when I walked to receive my order the door was locked there was bags on the counter while the door was locked when they opened it ten mins later they tried to hand me the bag that was at the counter with cold food and was upset when I asked them to exchange my fries unacceptable

  I'm very upset my baby sister and I waited more than an hour for our food to find stale and old food that looks days old. When I called no answer. Definitely will be calling a manager tomorrow and expecting full refund. Like the bread is so hard it actually makes knocking noises when I tap it on the counter and you see how stiff it is in the picture???

  Used the drive through on thanksgiving just to grab something small. The person who took my order was impatient and disrespectful repeatedly and aggressively asking me am I done, and when I told her the last item she said “finally” as if I was an inconvenience to her, then when I got to the window she looked visibly fustrated I didn’t get her name but she was lighter skinned with decrepit braids once I paid her and got my change she slammed the window closed, I watched how she interacted with the customer behind me and she didn’t slam the window so clearly she had a problem with me. I go pick up my food from the last window and I’m greeted with a similar attitude from a another female with neon blue hair this isn’t the expectation you’d expect from just trying to grab food your managers should really speak with your employees on being hospitable and not rude. After that experience I will no support that location anymore. If your employees can’t handle being civil on holidays or any day in that matter get better ones this is disappointing and surely against what McDonald’s expects out of their employees and I will be reporting to ethics as well as corporate regarding my experience
