  Food good but ALWAYS forgetting SOMETHING with my meal, and always having to go back. Also whenever I try to call and ask a question, they hang up

  Really wish I could remember the name but whoever the manager is at this location on a Xmas eve night during rush hour , full of orders , inside , drive thru and all the delivery orders , still had this location under complete control. Talking with customers while telling his employees everything is fine just one thing at a time don't worry and just don't get mixed up just stay 1 at a time and everything. Amazing man absolutely amazing. Sorry It stood out to me and I had to come back and write review for this and even change my rating from awhile ago. Give that dude a raise , again I wish I could remember the name but....

  why be open 24hours just to not be? wouldn’t make my doordash order and sent away 5 dashers.

  I was trying to call just now to speak to a manager so they can know, but whoever is in the back making the burgers around 8:00 PM Tuesday, December 2. Maybe switch the person because this is the nastiest burger I have ever gotten and I come here a lot, but it literally look like somebody beat my burger up. ImThe burger has holes and looks crumbly pieces like the meat part, and it looked like they just slapped it on the bun and then squished it on top of that and then with my mom‘s cheeseburger it looks also gross and nasty like I don’t know who’s back there today but but it’s just not it update I went again today’s December 3 and around 11 PM and my burger when I got my food, I checked my burger this time in a burger. The patties were burnt But I told the lady the one who hands you the food super nice I showed her. She had them make me another one and then I also showed her What happened yesterday and I had took a picture of tithe burger and I showed that to her and she said oh no and she got me another one and the girls I guess the girl in the back who make it it was saying how it was left too long on a thing, but this was two days in a row, where my burgers came out really bad and actually lately the burgers been off after they was remade and I got to look at them when I got home they look great like everything was on it. Nothing was missing. It wasn’t squished and it wasn’t sloppy either so I wanna say thank you to the lady who hands you your order You’re wonderful you made my night and you’re amazing at customer service.

  They really should give the younger manager a raise and honestly the whole staff since they are overworked and always short staffed. Then they have to deal with people blaming them for an order taking slightly longer than expected. Staff are great but management really needs to give the workers more support or they're going to eventually lose customers from delays
