Came through the drive through a day ago for a mobile order, lady at window was very unprofessional and being rude when letting me know there was no iced tea all she said was “we’re out of iced tea” looking down at her phone didn’t even ask me what I’d like instead.!? Even decided to take a order while I was waiting at the window and started saying stuff like “on my dead homies” speaking about the person at the speaker saying she can’t wait for them to pull around. Honestly morning crew is pretty good, night crew… Don’t even bother. One more thing, there is no need to scream into your microphone when taking a order.

Prepaid for a mobile order as I was driving to this location. As I got to the driver window, someone came on and said they were closed until the afternoon and couldn't honor my order. No explanation or apology.
I asked about my mobile order and how it would be refunded. They had no idea and said it should just somehow cancel since they won't process it through. I drive around the front of the store and can see employees standing around and customers waiting at the front register. Why allow me to put a mobile order drive there if they were closed?! Again, no explanation, apology or reassurance that my credit card would be refunded.
I did submit a complaint through the link that they will tell you. After seeing all of recenr 1 star reviews lately, I believe this place needs some serious help.

After the fourth time I was told “we’ll be with you in a minute” and watching three cars at the other speaker drive through, I figured I might have better luck at the McDonald’s down the street.

This place continues to disappoint me every time I come here. Never get the order right. Have to turn around multiple times to get it correct. Always mess up the sauce when you order side of Big Mac sauce it never gets put in the bag and then have to come back around for it
