  They were once closed at 10am and they had one door open but the other closed which makes no sense. I had to come in and be told they were closed and couldn’t take orders. On top of that, i ordered delivery once and the fries were not fresh at all. Nuggets were good though but my drink wasn’t even filled either. (Not even close to being all the way filled, it looked as if someone drunk some of it already). I ordered breakfast one time and they were quick but I didn’t eat my sandwich because the egg looked as if it wasn’t fresh. They can improve a lot fr. The hashbrown i had that time was good though. It was fresh.

  The food choices can be lacking when wanting to be on the safe side of carbs and heavy foods when thriving for an active life. Love to get food and sit for warmth on cold days by the bus stop. Lovely people and welcoming in a quiet and laid back way.

  Came through the drive through a day ago for a mobile order, lady at window was very unprofessional and being rude when letting me know there was no iced tea all she said was “we’re out of iced tea” looking down at her phone didn’t even ask me what I’d like instead.!? Even decided to take a order while I was waiting at the window and started saying stuff like “on my dead homies” speaking about the person at the speaker saying she can’t wait for them to pull around. Honestly morning crew is pretty good, night crew… Don’t even bother. One more thing, there is no need to scream into your microphone when taking a order.

  I ordered a triple cheese burger and i received a burger with no patties. Like how do u hand it out, it wasn't even fully wrap!

  Prepaid for a mobile order as I was driving to this location. As I got to the driver window, someone came on and said they were closed until the afternoon and couldn't honor my order. No explanation or apology. I asked about my mobile order and how it would be refunded. They had no idea and said it should just somehow cancel since they won't process it through. I drive around the front of the store and can see employees standing around and customers waiting at the front register. Why allow me to put a mobile order drive there if they were closed?! Again, no explanation, apology or reassurance that my credit card would be refunded. I did submit a complaint through the link that they will tell you. After seeing all of recenr 1 star reviews lately, I believe this place needs some serious help.
