- TTTDec 10, 20251.0Went there this morning around 10:30am. Girl working the drive thru had a NASTY attitude for no apparent reason. I can't comprehend how a franchise owner would allow that as the face of your business. Who on earth would want to ever come back after getting talked to like a piece of garbage? Made a complaint to the manager and he did offer a comp. I declined. He then proceeded to talk trash about me to other employees right in front of me. Incredible. Some MASSIVE anger and unprofessionalism exhibited here.

First nobody was at the register, was greeted by someone who didnt know how to take orders but tried. She got a manger who came up, he says "what's up" let that slide tell him my order, My sister and another person in the line waiting for an order too, he takes mine and walks off. I wait a min and go to the side and tell him they need their order taken too. He takes my sisters order and then walks off again. 10 min later the girl in line is yelling because she has been waiting for someone to come up front and take an order. No one was up front. No one was watching the front. Manager was rude too. I assume manager cuz red coat. He wasnt working either just standing talking 5o crew playing with his nails.

On top of them making multiple mistakes with my order, staff was also arguing with each other and being very unprofessional in front of customers. Never coming back. They need some serious management to hold them accountable.
