While eating with my teenage daughter, a group of employees (one I believe was named Alexa, with curly hair) were sitting together in the dining area having an extremely loud and inappropriate conversation that carried throughout the restaurant. They were openly talking about drugs, explicit details about their sex lives, and repeatedly used offensive language...including the word “retard.” As a disabled customer, hearing that word used casually in a public, family-oriented space was especially upsetting. Having my daughter with me made the situation even more uncomfortable. The whole experience really soured what should have been a quick, easy meal. I understand McDonald’s isn’t fine dining, but there should still be a basic level of professionalism and awareness when you work in a place filled with families and kids. Hoping management addresses this so other customers don’t have a similar experience.
