  Get there at 10:21 am put a mobile order at 10:22 was in the drive true lady say one second please . Make me wait 14 minutes at 10:36 ask for my order just to tell me is more than 10:30 🤦🏽 . When I make my order and step here wasn't. Sorry nothing I can do she answer. Then I can't order again because the app keep saying you already have a order that haven't been picked up yet .

  Ordered 2 double cheeseburger a LG fry and a small fry at the drive thru. They were not busy at all. Of course they got the order wrong! Got the 2 burgers and small fry but was given med fry instead of LG fry. When you charge almost $5.00 for something you should give people what they order! The people at the drive thru were more interested in their personal conversations than taking care of customers. Would have given a 0 if I could.

  I've lived across the street from this place for 25 years and it's been disappointing and shitty service since day one! I normally go to the spencerport rd establishment but I live close to this one and was tired but once again service sucked!!

  Employees rather have smoke breaks, instead of drying floor and there was enough Employees on hand for a break & dry floor.. hospitality expert
