- DSDianthus Skytoday1.0i went to the drive thru and they refused orders so i parked and did an online order and they said i would be refunded. i asked why and i was told they were overloaded with online orders and short staffed. i can understand the situation but the woman was so rude about it and wouldn’t say anymore more “goodbye”. when i was trying to ask about my refund.

We made a mobile order before getting back in line. They made us sit at the speaker for 15 minutes again. After the person behind me started honking they got on the speaker yelling at us that the honking was uneccisary. Worst mcdonalds experience of my life.

This was extremely inconvenient, especially since there was no notice posted before entering the line. I ended up waiting in the drive-thru for a long time just to find out I couldn’t place a regular order. Not everyone uses the app, and customers shouldn’t have to sit in line only to be turned away. The long wait time combined with limited ordering options made for a very frustrating experience. Better communication and signage would help prevent wasting customers’ time.
