    Absolutely disgusting. The chicken is as hard as a rock, they gave us the wrong sides, and shorted us half the amount of biscuits we ordered. Easily the worst Krispy Krunchy Chicken experience I've ever had. Avoid this location like the plague.

    My boyfriend and I frequent this location often, usually receiving freshly made, quality halal meals in a pretty reasonable time frame. However today, we were extremely disappointed with our visit. The man who was taking the order was dishonest about how long chicken (the last two thighs and the last two wings) had been sitting in the window; from the state of the chicken MUCH longer than the “20 minutes” he stated. So we decided to get two chicken sandwiches, of which he offered to make fresh for us, as they usually do! We waited the ~10 minutes, paid for our food and left. We got home, my boyfriend took a bite of out his to discover that it was completely RAW in the middle. I of course cut open my sandwich to find the same thing. This is a HORRIBLE thing to have happen at a dining establishment, regardless of whether it’s a gas station, convenience store, etc! They should be very ashamed of themselves for serving this & the health department will be called because I’m sure we’re not the only ones they’ve done this to. You’ve lost two good, well paying customers.

    If I could I would give them 0 stars. They messed up my order pretty significantly through uber eats. I ordered chicken fingers and they were as hard as a rock and were overcooked. They didn't give me honey mustard or my bun on the side that was supposed to come with it. The fries my husband got were soggy. Don't go here! Also management never called me back after my complaint or refunded me any money back for my order!

    Doordashed some chicken didn't get included biscuit. Paid for an extra, didn't get it. Purchased sauces, didn't get em. Order checking sucks!
