  What is going on in Henrietta? I had a sandwich today. The bag wreaked of cigarettes. The bread was hard on the outside - soggy on the inside. What kind of bread are you using? It’s as big as a Wegmans hot dog bun. Absolutely disgusting. Third time ordering and third time disappointing. That’s it. Never again. Come on! Do better!

  Customer service was below ZERO. They treated me like I was begging after asking a simple question and even though I proceeded to order, the guy making the sandwich had a whole attitude for no reason. They definitely can’t get another dollar from me, my company or my family.

  Thank you Jimmy John’s for having employees who listens, and deliver a perfect Roast Beef sandwiches. Delicious! And I will be coming back!

  I love the subs but the wait time is about 15-20 minutes, probably training new staff. Definitely order online if your on your work lunch break. I'm so glad they are back in business, I wish there was a location in Greece.
