  If you haven’t tried Fuego Birria Taco on West Ridge Rd, you’re missing out on one of Rochester’s true food gems! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, friendly service that makes you feel instantly welcome. The dining area is spotless—truly one of the cleanest and most comfortable spots around—which sets the perfect stage for the main event: the food. And wow, the food! The birria tacos are absolutely incredible—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with that savory depth and tenderness that only the best birria can deliver. Every bite is packed with bold, delicious flavor. You can tell the team takes real pride in what they serve. From the impeccable service to the unbelievably good tacos, Fuego Birria Taco is a must-visit. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

  My boyfriend and I went here for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Anthony was very personable. Pricing was good as well and food was delicious! We will be back.

  Second time ordering from this restaurant, first time was phenomenal and this time was even better, I thought the first time would be impossible to beat, but they hit it out of the park!! Owners and the staff are customer service oriented and unbelievably helpful and friendly. The restaurant space itself was spotless and the ambience was inviting and relaxing. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody and everybody, lifelong customer !

  Amazing food, great flavor, generous portion sizes. The birra is delicious and they give you like a pound of food. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. A little pricey, but the portions make up for it. 10/10
