- ONOlivia NovickFeb 18, 20265.0I came in yday to pick up an order during the 40th anniversary of five guys. As a part of the promo they did buy one get one free burger! I walked in and it was a mob. Orders on their system printing down to the floor and it probably didn’t help that Henrietta shut down their online ordering system - this location got ALL of Rochesters business. Anyway, the wait was a while but to no fault of their own. The team LOCKED in, tried to get people their orders as fast as they good and kept an awesome attitude while being hospitable to everyone who walked in (everyone who walked in was expecting to be served immediately and was hungry and upset lol) I never leave reviews but I have just never seen anything like this. Great team in there. Someone should reprimand Henrietta and give these people some BONUSESSS 👏
- SBsalo beckaJan 14, 20261.0i have eaten here 2-3 times and the burgers are NEVER well done how i asked. lastnight i ate it and got immediately sick. the buns were soggy, the fries were soggy, and the burger was once again NOT well done. absolutely unacceptable. i’ll never eat here again and i will be notifying corporate.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
