On top of losing more than 30 minutes waiting for this ridiculously slow service, the order was also completely wrong. It was missing items I paid to add on, missing condiments on the sandwhich, AND the coffee was wrong ( Even after saying, "Gee, that coffee looks awfully light, are you sure this has less cream than normal and what I ordered?"). Reached out to Dunkin and have been waiting for more than a month for contact from the franchisee after multiple attempts at contacting them. I mistakenly went to this location a week later and had the SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE. Super slow service after mobile ordering a long time ahead, and then waited in the building while people ordering after got their items before. The food was wrong, and this time there was a fly swatter on the counter sitting where they stage their food and drinks. GROSS!
