This is the 4th time this has happen. Check your bacon if ordering avacodo toast. emplyes are very nice and friendly.

I went and to talk to an employee and he asked what was wrong And when I told him he said "I never heard of that in my life" that being the temperature i asked for, he proceeded to point at a machine and said it just comes out of that, which is like ok cool but when I tried to ask for some cold milk to at least cool it down because my son cant drink something that hot, he told me he would have to charge me which made no sense because im asking for a slight bit of milk for my sons drink that is burning his mouth and not a whole cup worth. This employee had no common courtesy for my son or his well being.

I been coming to this location for years Person who took my order charge my credit card medium black coffee 3 different dates which I did not went those day. On November 13, 2025 same person not sure if he a manager at DD. He just look at me if I had a problem. Because of this situation I will not return, please look at your statement of not being charged more than once.

The workers get my drinks fast in drive, and so far my food orders are always right when dining inside. (Tonight’s review:) I enjoyed the new Sangria drink, got it in black tea version today, the cookie butter latte was quite nice as well. I find the customer service is polite, and my drive-thru interaction was whimsical, which was great because it was so gloomy outside lol.
