- VVvadaNov 12, 20251.0I have been to this location multiple times now, as it is the only coffee place on my way to work. I got through drive-thru and the customer service is always disappointing. The workers are always grumpy and they do not pay attention to the order. Each time I ask for cold foam instead of whipped cream they say “okay” on the speaker but then hand my drink out with whipped cream. They also have stopped putting caramel drizzle on a drink that comes with it. I would not recommend going to this dunkin’ location.

If you have a 30 minute lunch break and there is only 1 car ahead of you, pick a different place to eat. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee and was the only one in line and waited 15 minutes, seemingly the only person there didnt know how to operate the register and had to call the owner to figure out how to ring me up. Dunkin is good, just not this one

She is always kind, makes my iced coffee the best I have ever had and makes my day every time I go in! She has glasses and a black dunkin work t shirt with the pink frosted donut on the back. She was there tonight 7/9/25 about 30 mins ago. She is very valuable! People who genuinely care like her are hard to find! I hope you give her a raise and keep her! She is definitely someone that you want to keep! 🙂
