    I have visited this location many times, and I have never experienced service this poor. The name on my receipt was JoAnne, and if she was the employee working the drive-thru, she was not pleasant. I had three drinks to order, and after ordering the first one, I could barely start the second before being interrupted. The interaction felt harsh and hostile, and it left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be returning to this location.

    I have been to this location multiple times now, as it is the only coffee place on my way to work. I got through drive-thru and the customer service is always disappointing. The workers are always grumpy and they do not pay attention to the order. Each time I ask for cold foam instead of whipped cream they say “okay” on the speaker but then hand my drink out with whipped cream. They also have stopped putting caramel drizzle on a drink that comes with it. I would not recommend going to this dunkin’ location.
