They don’t season the Snackin bacon, my bagels have been so hard I could catch a case and live out the rest of my life in an orange jumpsuit if I were to hit someone with it, and my coffee is a hit or miss witch is crazy since I only use swirls with no cream or sugar. SMH. Very disappointing that now I have to pass it to go to elmgrove and I’m late to work due to the inconvenience. So disappointing. The bagel doesn’t look bad but boy oh boy it’s hard.

All locations do not charge this for water. Just shows me and my family and friends where not to SPEND MONEY! DO BETTER for your customers SMH!

I unfortunately keep going there because it’s close to my house but every single time it’s a terrible experience and I keep telling myself I’m never coming back again. On top of the service being slow, they NEVER have donuts.
