When I got there he asked me why I have an attitude? I was speechless, I was like you should fix your thing it was just echoing. And he had guts to ask me what I wanted, I said yiu can have it. What a horrible customer service! Normally I don't really care but today was extra. Why can't you hire people with good work ethics not angry people!

Then we go to the window to pay and he asked what he wanted and he and another female worker laughed and thought it was funny. So they didn’t even have our order down . Had to drive to a different Dunkin. Hire people who are respectful to others and who can take their job serious and professional .
