This time when I was at the window waiting for my drink, I saw the staff texting/scrolling on their cellphones in between all of the steps to make the drinks. I wouldn’t be surprised if their wait time issue extends to in store as well. Food was cold because of this.

- TATatum ArnoldDec 29, 20253.0I typically go to this location all the time due to convenience but after today that will stop and I will have to go out of my way to a different store. There have been several times where I order a bagel and it hardly comes with cream cheese. Today I checked and they informed me the amount of cream cheese I get is normal. Each person gets one cup and anything extra is a charge. I’m sorry if I’m spending $1.50 extra for cream cheese my bagel better actually have it. The amount of cream cheese makes you just wants to buy the bagel itself. They were rude to me about it and I will never go here again as I have never had this problem besides here.
