Put in an order in the app that charged my card twice but no order went through either time. He claimed it was a pending charge when I showed him the charge had posted, he said it would be refunded to my card and I asked him “ If you don’t initiate the refund, how will get refunded?” Which he had no answer too. I asked if he could just make the order I already got charged for which he refused even though I showed him proof of payment on my card and my order on the app. Ended up having to pay for my order a third time and will now be disputing the charge with my discover card because apparently it’s too hard to throw some donuts in a box that was already paid for twice.
