Ordered pizza and bread bites online, was told it would be about 45 minutes, fine, that's pretty typical for delivery. 20 minutes pass by and my pizza was out of the oven being inspected (JOKE) An hour passed and the "tracker" said delivery was a minute away. Walk downstairs wait 10 minutes for this delivery driver he never shows, call the store and literally was on hold for over 30 minutes without speaking to a single soul. Another hour passes and I was told driver just left dominos, so that means the pizza was literally out of the oven for 1 hour 40 minutes before the driver left. Called up again, still couldn't get ahold of a single person and just go that ridiculous hold music. The dude finally shows up 2 hours 20 minutes from when the order was made and had the pizza box flipped upside down ICE COLD. Filed for the "delivery insurance" fully expecting a refund for such incompetence, nope, was given a coupon for 20 percent off next order or a free medium pizza. This onnline order bullshit is pathetic. How do they call themselves a pizza place if you can't even speak to a person to one, order a pizza, or two, find out why the heck it's taking 2 plus hours to deliver a large pizza, and a large pizza for dominos is a medium at any other pizza shop.
