The driver did not even try to follow them. He then called me repeatedly to go leave the property to get my food but I’m DEAF and can’t talk to him on the phone. And can’t use the app or text the number he’s calling me on. I’m also blind and don’t use relay. I finally found a neighbor to help me and when she told him I am Deaf he said call the store. And when asked if he tried following the delivery instructions she’s looking at on my phone in the app he said “I don’t understand what this is Deaf, call the store” I never got my food. Who needs to pay 60 for two pizzas and a bunch of ridiculousness. Also what happened to the ADA, in a Deaf town mind you. Outrageous. Should be removed from the food apps for being non compliant with the ADA, wonder how that works. No way to get delivery from pizza places if you don’t go to the store even if you order online you have to be able to make calls or track them down at night on ice while Blind…. Gets better trying to get a refund from uber eats is a nightmare and a half so you also get robbed at the same time.

- DHDavid HwangDec 4, 20251.0Everytime I make a pick up order here they tell me the amount of time and everytime I get here they said oh we didnt even put it in yet and tell me it's gonna be another 10-15 mins and laugh like its a joke when they already took my mkney through card and I have to sit out in the parking lot for an extra 20 mins and the manger never does anything for it and tells me they can't give me his supervisors number on top of that , got a bunch of clowns running this dominos no wonder their ratings are so low
