Supervisor ignores customers and treats coworkers poorly. I ended up walking out with out my order.

The staff could barely understand or speak English, which made resolving anything extremely frustrating. I placed my order at 8:45 PM. By 9:30 PM, the tracker said it was delivered, except nothing ever arrived. I called the store, explained the situation, and was told the driver “left it on my porch.” There was nothing on my porch — he clearly delivered it to the wrong house. They agreed to remake the order, but then around 10:35 PM someone from the store called asking if I had received my food. Once again, I hadn’t. Nobody came to my house at any point — I was watching my cameras the entire time. Instead of apologizing, they basically called me a liar. Completely unprofessional, completely incompetent, and absolutely not worth ordering from. Avoid this location unless you want your time wasted and your food delivered to random houses.
