The staff no longer makes your subs to order in front of you and this allows for one more point of miscommunication and a lack of individual pride in the product since the person who makes your individual sub is anonymous. If you do order from this location, which I wouldn't recommend, I would check my sandwich before I left. Also, recently, the quality of their toppings has declined. Good luck.
