Drove back, returned the sub they had mine in the cooler. Manager came out asked what the problem was, told him I was given wrong sub and had to drive back and I would like a free coupon or something for my trouble. So he blames me because his employee handed me wrong sub . She saw me sitting and held it up and said it was ready. Did not call any number. Then I get home with the sub they held for me someone had already opened it and had their hands on it. I will NEVER go to that location on East Ridge Rd in Irondequoit ever again!!! I would have accepted an apology except got blamed for their mistake!!!!! Very poor management!!!!!

- JBJason BreeseNov 4, 20251.0DiBella’s has really gone downhill. The subs are basically all bread now, with almost no meat or lettuce inside. If they used mayonnaise, you can’t taste or see it. To make things worse, they even put tomatoes on the wrong sub. It’s hard to tell if they’re trying to save money or if they just don’t care anymore, but either way, the quality is gone, and this was my last visit. This was not a one-off experience. Also, the tables are dirty.
